Charlie Waters Warwick

Charlie was born on May 20th, 2008 at home with 2 midwives helping out.
He was 7 lbs 12 oz and is now bigger..

No news yet..

We are just recovering from the Renos and putting things away. I had a few false contractions but nothing major. I am measuring 38ish weeks so maybe it won't happen for a while?
Anyway it is a beautiful May long weekend here in Calgary, lots of sun, flowers on the trees, time to take a breather between the renovations and the baby.
I added to the renovation album with the results and couple of the old style, with Finn in them of course.

Not very good ones though, since these we have painted the walls and knocked out the wall a bit. No more plan for arches. We need to do flooring. and then clean up! The hardest part of renos is the mess that it makes everywhere else in the house. Oh well, every pregnant woman wants to clean before the baby comes, right? hopefully this instinct goes into over drive for me!

I feel a cramp once in a while but not much going on, I think the baby will hang in there for a while longer.

I am taking my EZ Birth pills (ha ha!) I love that name. It has cohosh in it which I guess is supposed to shorten labour and help minimize complications. Whatever might help!

Belly Shot

Here I am at 7 months pregnant. We better think of a name, the weeks are just zooming by.

We are laughing because I wouldn't let Josh put his hand on my belly, that's so annoying when people pose like that!

Family Day photo

This is Finn going down the hill at Fiona's house. He yelled 'Cheeve' as he went by. He still can't quite say his 'S'.
Not much going on lately. I'm getting bigger, we are still trying to think of a name. I want to match 'Finn' with a complementary name but Josh doesn't really care about matching it.
Josh finished the little shelf in the bathroom. It involved a hammer, chisel and hack saw to wedge it in. Measure twice, cut once Josh!
This weekend he is working so it will be 'Mommy and Finn's special day'. Not sure what we will do. It is hard to run after him lately but maybe we'll go to the zoo.

Winter fun pictures

It snowed a lot in Calgary, Finn is ok in it as long as he has some kind of vehicle/sleigh to push. Here we are in the playground/park near our house. Just 1/2 a block away which is nice. It was cold, maybe -20 by the time we left.

Also we went to the farmers market, Finn wore his sweater from Ya ya that used to be Josh's. She sewed on car buttons, it's really sweet.

Bathroom Renovations almost done

We just have the trim and shelves to finish now.
